On a recent inspection we discovered the smell of sewer gases under the kitchen sink. Once we cleared away the items, (occupied home) we discovered that the drain had not been properly installed. The drop pipe is basically larger allowing the sink drain to just slide inside leaving a gap thus gases escaping. We recommended immediate repair.
